My name is Krzysztof Kowalski and I founded ChatExport. Together with the team we build a tool that saves iPhone messages as PDF, and we want it to be trustworthy at the moments when a lot is at stake.
That is why ChatExport runs entirely on your computer. Your messages never reach a server of ours and never go to the cloud. We have no access to them and we do not want any: the best protected data is data nobody can reach.

If ChatExport does not do what this page promises, we refund the full amount. Thirty days from purchase, no forms and no awkward questions: write to support@getchatexport.com. Whatever you exported stays on your computer and belongs to you alone.

Getting hold of me
Email is the only channel and it reaches us directly. We answer within one working day, usually sooner. If an export went wrong, attach the log file the app writes: it describes what the app did, never what your messages say.
